Ce film nous plonge dans le quotidien de Sisco, un homme de 49 ans qui est considéré comme la mascotte de sa ville. Sisco est touché par une addiction : l’alcool. Sous ses airs attachant et jovial se cache en réalité un certain mal-être. Sisco ne vit plus à la rue, cependant il ne touche que le RSA, ce qui le contraint à faire la manche pour s’en sortir.
