Ce sera la première activité de l'usine du quai de javel...

Le film propose de montrer comment nait la fameuse usine du quai de Javel, de l'acquisition du lieu déjà industriel par André Citroën afin d'y produire des obus, jusqu'à son extension maximum à la fin de la guerre qui servira à produire des automobiles !
